After working for other architecture firms, Paule Bourdon joined the STGM team in 2009 and quickly contributed to the realization of major projects alongside Jean-Yves Montminy. Organized and methodical, she manages her projects without ever losing sight of her clients' expectations, budget or schedule, or compromising the architectural quality of the project.

Among the mandates in which Paule has distinguished herself is the Manège Militaire for which, despite the obstacles encountered, Paule was able to effectively maintain direction, lead a physically dispersed team and oversee a complex construction site on a heritage site of national importance. She is a wise manager who knows how to guide her team by communicating her expectations and her concrete vision of the work to be accomplished. It is in the realization and execution that Paule is fulfilled. She defines herself as a generalist motivated by the complexity and the different challenges that the concrete realization of large quality architectural projects represents.
